Whereas the translation reflex, traditionally and essentially empirical, attempts to define the "right translation," this work aims to widen the scope of translation analysis, including linguistic considerations but also semiotics, as translation is an act of writing, re-writing, and creation. Furthermore, translation is integrated into a semiosphere with which it is in a dynamic interaction, and by which or through which translation becomes a truly enunciated praxis. By establishing regressive translation concepts and progressive translation, which synthesizes the principal theories of the "right translation," as well as the translatability of a text which opens up the question on the status of the text (translated and to be translated), this work pots in place a series of dialectics by which it hopes to offer an analysis of the complexity of the textual weave, exposed by returning to the original text which can problematize and encourage the work of translation. By studying the effects of the text on the reading audience and the inverse, the influence of the extra-textual environment on the construction of meaning of a text, the defended thesis is that there are varying degrees of translatability of Poema de Mio Cid; which, as discourse, is doomed to non-reiteration ; in this way, by drafting the borders of an ortho-semiosis, this study focuses on the partial inefficiency of relying on language alone to prepare, in the case of an interlinear translation, a satisfying translation of a discourse eminently fashioned by a set of enunciation circumstances.
